Recruitment

We take recruitment of our Staff and Carers very seriously, we have very high expectations and standards from our Carers. Chrysalis Care hand picks carers with face to face interviews. We look for experience, honesty, compassion, time keeping and reliability. The best are then employed by us, provided with induction training and on going training taking into account the Care Quality Commission recommendations for standards of training.

Chrysalis Care carry out stringent checks on all Carers to ensure safety and to give security to our Service Users. We obtain two references and conduct an enhanced CRB check which includes the list held by the ISA (Independent Safeguarding Authority).
