Training
Making sure that all of our Carers are highly trained is of utmost importance to us at Chrysalis Care. Our Carers must attended an induction training course before they are matched with a Service User covering, Dignity in Care, Communication, Lone Working, Health and safety, to name a few. There is on-going training for all of our Carers however the majority are already qualified and experienced. All of our Carers are offered specialist training in fields that they are passionate about as we recognise training as essential.
